I have just been to the Lake District to look at what the area can offer to Hobson Hunts clients. The potential for field sports is great but in that region it rests in the hands of too few individuals and the local authorises, as is the case throughout the UK, have far too much say in matters they no nothing about.
It appears that the UK is not open for country sports businesses!

This is a daft approach for the long term good of the nation. It also pushes young business people such as myself abroad where government is more flexible.
